This sterilizer kills bacteria, viruses, microzymes and algae in the water with its ultraviolet characteristics. There is no need for additional chemical medicine, heating or cooling to realize disinfection, which is the best choice for an environmental protection sterilizer.
Ultraviolet destroys DNA, the major element of nucleoprotein for numerous bacteria and viruses to keep alive, by irradiating. DNA has essentially changed because of enormous ultraviolet absorption and its physical vitality has been destroyed, by which the sterilization is achieved.
This sterilizer possesses a special light of 253.7nm ultraviolet and high ultraviolet transmission fused quartz cannula. Its internal surface is made of stainless steel in low carbon austenite, which has been specially processed. The pretreated water will be fully irradiated by 253.7nm ultraviolet when flowing through the cannula, resulting in perfect sterilization. This sterilizer is widely applied in sterilization of industrial raw water in pharmacy, food, beverage and chemistry. It is also applicable to sterilization of purified water for drinking, mineral water, spring and flow of cleaning system, as well as waterworks and sewage treatment works. We could provide local or import light tubes if there is any demand.
