Automatic pharmaceutical adding device is applied to water treatment fields like petroleum, chemical industry, electricity, metallurgy and environmental engineering. It is required to inject one liquid into another liquid constantly evenly and automatically to form a kind of mixed solution, or cause chemical reaction between the injected medicaments with some ingredients in the liquid to meet the prospective technological requirements. To ensure a best effect, track the injected chemical agents automatically, regulate and control the speed of medicine adding under the changing working conditions. Therefore, advanced automatic control mode is adopted in the automatic medicine adding device to control the quantity of medicine adding.

The automatic pharmaceutical adding equipment is mainly made up of pharmaceutical adding cabinet, pharmaceutical adding metering pump, automatic control system, safety valve, buffer, filter, detecting instruments and pipe valves. These equipments are installed on a fixed chassis.

Automatic pharmaceutical adding device has two types, namely double-pump single-control composite type and three-pump double-control composite type.

Double-pump single-control composite type automatic pharmaceutical adding device is made up of one pharmaceutical adding cabinet, two metering pumps (standby for each other), one set of AC frequency conversion type automatic pharmaceutical adding control system, pipe valves and chassis. Tank materials: stainless steel 304, 316L, Q235 line with rubber and PE, available for user’s choice.

Three-pump double-control composite type automatic pharmaceutical adding device is made up of two pharmaceutical adding cabinets, three metering pumps, three sets of AC frequency conversion type automatic pharmaceutical adding control system, pipe valves and chassis. Tank materials: stainless steel 304, 316L, Q235 line with rubber and PE, available for user’s choice.
